2025 and beyond

  • Construction will commence on the mine and processing plant, with a targeted production start date of Q4 2025
  • We will implement its Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP), setting new standards for responsible rare earth development
  • The company will establish itself as a reliable, high-quality supplier of critical rare earths to global markets, with a focus on the magnet metals Neodymium, Praseodymium, Dysprosium, and Terbium
  • Ongoing exploration and expansion initiatives will aim to unlock further value from Nager Investments’ extensive license area, positioning Malawi as a major player in the global rare earth supply chain

2022

• Nager Investments Ltd is founded on 10th April 2022, with a vision to become a global leader in responsible rare earth exploration and development
• The company secures an Exclusive Prospecting License (EPL0708/23) for a 58.7 sq km site in the T/A Malemia area of Nsanje district, Malawi
• Preliminary exploration and stream sediment analysis confirm the presence of high-quality rare earth deposits throughout the license area

2023 - 2024

• Nager Investments is currently seeking funding for a comprehensive Feasibility Study to validate the project's technical and economic viability
• The Feasibility Study will include extensive Exploration Confirmatory Studies, such as geological mapping, geophysical surveys, and drill core analysis, to further delineate the resource and optimize mine planning
• Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) studies will be conducted as part of the Feasibility Study to ensure sustainable development and community engagement
• The company aims to raise $1.5 million to cover the initial preparatory expenses and lay the groundwork for the project's success

2024

• With the successful completion of the Feasibility Study, will be paving the way for development
• The company will begin detailed engineering and design work for the mine and processing plant
• Negotiations will advance with strategic partners and off-takers for long-term supply agreements
